STEP 4: Vehicle's armor plates are stitch-welded using high-intensity MIG welders. The above process ensures the structural integrity is un-compromised by thermal and chemical variations of the material.
The interior armour-frame provides overlap for the large-surface armour components such as the door armour-plates and the windows.
STEP 5: Firewall is armored using just three large pieces of overlapped ballistic steel to minimize welding points to form a significantly stronger armored firewall with no gaps. Increasing the number of steel pieces weakens the integrity of the firewall and reduces vehicle survivability against explosives or IED attacks.
STEP 6: Suspension and braking systems of the vehicle are assessed and are modified to support the added weight caused by the armor. Other armoring options for the vehicle are also installed at this time.

Armored Bulkhead Installation |
STEP 7: An Armored bulkhead swing door is installed behind Land Cruiser's original rear door with large ballistic glass inserts.
